the catechism on baptism"Baptism is God's most beautiful and magnificent gift....We call it gift, grace, anointing, enlightenment, garment of immortality, bath of rebirth, seal, and most precious gift. It is called gift because it is conferred on those who bring nothing of their own; grace since it is given even to the guilty; Baptism because sin is buried in the water; anointing for it is priestly and royal as are those who are anointed; enlightenment because it radiates light; clothing since it veils our shame; bath because it washes; and seal as it is our guard and the sign of God's Lordship" (CCC 1216).

To receive Baptism at our parish, families must register for a Parent Preparation meeting. These are held monthly. If you have questions, please contact Rachael Myers at [email protected]
Click here to register for the info meeting.
After this meeting families receive an at home program to watch at their own pace and schedule one individual in person meeting for a presentation.

Congratulations on being asked to be a godparent! This is not only an honor but also a great responsibility.
Being a godparent means that you are ready to help the parents in the Christian formation of their child, as well as being a source of guidance, support, and inspiration to the child on his or her journey toward God. Because a godparent represents the Church, it is required that each godparent have a completed Eligibility form signed by the Pastor where they are a registered parishioner.Please fill out this eligibility form and have it signed by your pastor.
