All sacraments require preparation. Please note that marriage requires at least six months of preparation. Learn more about sacraments by contacting one of our staff members. The contact person depends on the age of the sacrament recipient:
Children (newborn through 5th grade)
Please contact our director of children's faith formation, Michelle Artusi, at 243-3439 or lfcchildren@sbcglobal.net. We require that parents preparing for their first baptism of a child attend one of our regularly-scheduled sessions.
Youth (6th through 12th grade)
Please contact our director of youth programs, Bill Odell, at 243-3441 or lfcyouth@sbcglobal.net. A brief description of confirmation preparation may be found on our youth catechesis page.
Adults (including RCIA candidates)
For marriage preparation, holy orders, annointing of the sick, or funeral arrangements, please contact one of the priests by calling the parish office at 272-7070.
If you are interested in becoming Catholic through the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA), or in exploring the process, please contact our director of adult faith formation, Jay Landry, at 273-9722 or lfcoutreach@sbcglobal.net. RCIA sacraments for adults may include any or all of baptism, Eucharist, and/or confirmation.
